“ I actually discovered the existence of this place almost by chance, a few years ago. My husband and I don't manage to go there very often, but only because it's based in a different city from the one we live in... but every time we have the chance, we go to them knowing we won't be disappointed and knowing we'll have a splendid breakfast or an excellent aperitif! Their menu offers simple, but always fresh and delicious products. The place is very beautiful and particular, it has been completely revised for at least a year (or more), much "fresher" and with a more modern style! And not even the decorations of their dishes are left to chance... they are always well cared for and very pleasant to enjoy even with the eyes. There are tables both inside and outside (ground floor and on the terrace above the restaurant). All the evening and daytime staff with us have always been very prepared and courteous! Paola is always smiling and joyful and you will immediately feel at ease thanks to her, Sara will make you fall in love with her kindness and the strawberry cocktails that she will be able to prepare for you... and don't forget to ask for Luisa's cakes, which are finger-licking good! ;) Their staff is made up of many other boys and girls! Benedetta, Gaia, Katia, Giorgio, Danila and the list could continue! But I can assure you that they are all highly trained and with unique skills, always kind and all very professional! What can I say, it is highly recommended by me! :) ”

“ I am sure that Caffe del Viale, a historic and renowned venue in Dalmine and its surroundings, has earned its rightful fame for the completeness offered. Spacious and stylishly furnished environment, with internal armchairs that couldn't be more ergonomic, with a unique envelopment and comfort, together with the external space, convivial and reserved at the same time. Large counter where everyone can find their space even at busy times. Wide choice of sweet and savory, with the possibility of customization, with fresh ingredients combined with first-class bread and croissants. And then, last but not least, the identity of a place is defined by its staff, especially in a bar that operates from before dawn to evening, with a profuse, I would say, absolute commitment. And we all know that being in the public eye is complex: yet, amidst the kindness of the girls at the coffee machine, at the counter and who wander between the tables with impeccable service, it is impossible not to underline and exalt, I would say it really fits, Paola's smile and kindness, which in my eyes make her the deus ex machina of Il Caffe del Viale, as her distinctive mark. She doesn't have that slightly false affected kindness that you often find, where you try to be courteous but in reality you hate your role or you're not cut out: Paola is pure energy, always, at any time of day and in any weather condition, she has a talent, a gift that is innate, you can't go wrong. So, if you get up in the morning, or during the day or at the end of the day you feel dejected and demotivated, remember that Paola has to deal with all of us, often a pain in the ass regardless, and that she manages to smile at all of us, demonstrating a unique affability.
